Place Online Orders

It is safe to shop online and PM.Mii keeps your information discreet. The payment gateway we use is MOLPay – the leading payment gateway in Southeast Asia that connects international brands to consumer across region since 2005.

Here we will show you a quick and simple guide of steps from register until completing a payment. 

1. Register an account as a user at www.pmmii.com

2. Add the item(s) to shopping cart

3. Check the variants of your items (quantity, size, color etc.)

4. Click “Checkout now” for your shopping cart

5. Provide your details of shipping information

6. Choose for courier arrangement

7. Choose the payment method

8. Apply if ANY promotion/voucher code

9. Make payment and get the order number

10. Inform payment via order confirmation email

Account

If you have forgotten your password, please click on "Forgot Your Password?" below Sign In. You will be asked for your login email address to retrieve your password and follow the guideline based on the email.

Order Status

All successful order transactions will receive an order confirmation email after purchase. If you have not received your order confirmation email, please check your order summary or email junk folder. Alternatively, you may email us at buzz@pmmii.com for further help.

You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history on the order status tracking page.

Shipping

PM.Mii aims to deliver within the time agreed upon when you checkout. If all the items in your order are in-stock, your order will ship out in 1-3 working days. You will receive your purchase within 5-7 working days (West Malaysia) and 7-14 working days (East Malaysia).

Returns and Exchanges

Kindly inform Customer Service at buzz@pmmii.com before returning the item.

Please provide us with your order number and information. Otherwise, the request will not be processed.

Returned items must meet the requirements as stated in Returns And Exchanges Policy in Our Terms.

If the item is in stock, we will exchange a new item for you. Refund is only applicable if item is out of stock. 

Product

Some pages have an "email me" feature that will notify you when your product is back! If the product says "coming soon" or "temporarily out of stock," come visit us again. 

Payment

If you receive an error message related to credit card authorization failure, please double check that the billing address on the credit card matches your account billing address, try re-entering your CVN or security code, and be sure that the card is valid.

After validating the information you've entered and an error message is received a second attempt, contact our customer service or contact your financial institution for further assistance.
