Returns by courier company due to failed delivery/ late collect from customer:
Should you need to pick up from your respective courier branch, please do so within the time frame given by the courier company to avoid any returns. Should there be any returns due to above mentioned reasons, you may have to pay for the delivery fee to resend.
For returns, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org on your order number and information on the affected item. Returned items must meet the requirements above.
Kindly inform Customer Service before returning the item otherwise the request will not be processed. Your return item will be assigned to a courier of our choosing. Please provide the return parcel tracking number for all items.

The value of returned product(s) will be credited to you via the same credit card used to make the payment, cash (bank transfer) or store credits, whichever you prefer.

You can choose to have a prorated refund bank account ( within 18 working days).
What about postage charges?
Customers would have to bear the postage fees for shipping item(s) back to us during the return process. You may process returns through your nearest post office.
